Jewellery products are made by hand by us. This means they will be shipped in a separate parcel from any clothing you order.

For hygiene reasons, to return jewellery it must remain sealed in the original packaging and not be opened or worn. If the seal is broken your return will not be accepted.

Zinc alloy components and metal findings may oxidize and darken over time. Store your jewellery in a cool and dry box/place to reduce tarnish and avoid getting it wet.
